Private sessions are a great opportunity to deepen your personal yoga practice. While group classes are a fantastic way to maintain your commitment to the practice, private sessions offer customization to support your own body, mind, and goals.

During your first session, we will discuss where your yoga practice is now, goals that you have for the future, and we will work together to develop a plan to get you there. The session will conclude with a 30-minute yoga practice.

After your first session, we will take 10 – 15 minutes at the beginning of each session to check in on progress and setbacks since our last session, and will use the remainder of the time for a yoga practice tailored to your goals.
